When Do You Need A Water Cooled Heat Exchanger?

Heat Exchangers are the one that helps in transmitting heat between two mediums. For example, the one used in a swimming pool intends to regulate the temperature of the pool. It uses a boiler or solar-heated water circuit to raise the temperature of the pool water. Conduction helps in heat transmission across exchanger materials, separating the substances being used as a medium. Based on these substances called medium there can be different types of heat exchangers. Some common types are shell and tube heat exchanger that carry fluids in and on tubes, and an air-cooled heat exchanger that carries cool air.

One of the most frequently used types is a water-cooled heat exchanger that contains two independent circuits.  One of the circuits helps in the process, the other helps in-service media. Extracting the unwanted heat from a process is their task. They further transmit it to the service media. Service media is generally water or water/glycol stream.
